Stefan is a Swiss national and has worked for more than 20 years in Switzerland and Japan in different roles ranging from Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, and Engineering Manager to Vice President of Engineering, where he oversaw 300 engineers. He has been working for a Japanese company operating an HR Tech portfolio that grew from 250 to over 1600 employees and went public on the Tokyo Stock market in April 2021 (IPO) at a market value of approximately 2.4 billion USD.
